Monitoring Procedure
At Daniels & Fox we aim to monitor the way we handle our
debt collecting services on a regular basis. This will be done by monthly
staff review meetings, highlighting problems as and when they arise and then
either seeking advice and / or carrying out additional training to correct
any issues that are raised.
We will also monitor our credit records held about clients,
including address, employment, bankruptcy, public records, new inquiries and
individual or jointly-held accounts and any other to ensure that we are complying
with current regulation and that changes are made to your keep our business
lawful and ethical for both the creditor and debtor.
We realise that our licence can be revoked for the reasons
below:
- Any offence
or conviction of violence or dishonesty
- Failure
to comply with the provisions of the Consumer Credit Act or other consumer
protection legislation
- Consumer
complaints
- Evidence
of unfair business practices
- Evidence
of discrimination on grounds of sex, color, race or ethnic/national origin.
We will ensure and monitor on a regular
basis that our business meets the needs of the regulating authority and the
standards set by Daniels and Fox.
